Notary - Notarize
In Thailand, a notary lawyer is a person with specialized legal training who is licensed by the government and registered as a Notary Services Attorney with the Lawyer’s Council of Thailand, to witness signatures on documents, and verify the identity of the signatory.
A notary lawyer can also administer and take oaths and affirmations.
A Thailand notary lawyer can perform notary tasks for any document that originates from any country. If a document is not in the English or Thai languages the document, or sub sections thereof will be translated, thereby enabling the notary lawyer (and signatory) to fully understand what is required of the notary lawyer and signatory.

The signatory must appear in person with valid identification documents, such as an unexpired passport.
In some cases the signatory must fully understand the contents of the documents they are signing, must agree to the terms thereof, if any, and sign the document of his/her own free will.
